  1. Prepare macarons: Prepare macarons following recipe instructions, or start with prepared macarons from a bakery or shop. You will need pastel green macarons (such as pistachio) for the Candy Melts roses macarons, mixed pastel macarons (such as pink, blue, lavender, yellow, and green) for the Candy Melts stripes and sprinkles macarons, and vanilla macarons for the Candy Melts "honey" with icing bees macarons.
  2. Decorate Candy Melts roses macarons: Place 4 pieces of Candy Melts in each mold cavity of the Silicone Rose Mold, with Red Candy Melts in 3 of the cavities, Pink Candy Melts in 3 of the cavities, Yellow Candy Melts in 3 of the cavities, and Bright White Candy Melts in 3 of the cavities.
  3. Microwave at half power or defrost setting for 2 minutes. Gently jiggle and lightly tap the mold to smooth candy and remove air bubbles. Continue to microwave and tap at 30-second intervals until smooth and completely melted. Chill filled molds until candy has hardened.
  4. Remove the candy roses from the mold by gently pushing on the bottom of the cavities to release the candy.
  5. Heat a microwave-safe plate in the microwave until it’s hot to the touch. Carefully melt the back of the rose by placing it on the hot plate and turning it a few times. Gently press the melted side onto the center of one of the green macarons. Repeat with the remaining roses and macarons.
  6. Decorate Candy Melts stripes and sprinkles macarons: Place mixed pastel macarons (such as pink, blue, lavender, yellow, and green) on wax or parchment paper.
  7. One color at a time, melt Pink, Blue, and/or Yellow Candy Melts according to package directions. Place melted candy into a disposable decorating bag with the tip snipped off (or fitted with a #2 round tip), and drizzle stripes across the macarons (in different colors than the colors of the cookie). While the candy is still wet, sprinkle with Spring Nonpareils Sprinkles. Allow Candy Melts to set completely before serving (you can also chill them to expedite the process).
  8. Decorate Candy Melts "honey" with icing bees macarons: Melt Yellow Candy Melts according to package directions. Stir in EZ Thin to make a smooth, drippable consistency.
  9. Hold a vanilla macaron cookie upright and use a spoon to pour the Candy Melts over the top edge of the cookie. Shake the cookie gently, allowing it to drip down the top of the cookie in a “dripping honey” pattern.
  10. Lay the cookie on a piece of wax or parchment paper, and while the candy is still wet, place a Bumble Bee Icing Decoration or two onto the wet candy. Repeat with the remaining cookies. Allow Candy Melts to set completely before serving (you can also chill them to expedite the process).
